Retained Executive Search

Pathfinder Executive Search is focused on conducting Search Assignments that are highly important to our clients. It might be a pivotal senior role or a niche skillset, time sensitive or confidentiality might be necessary. Quite often it’s a combination of all these.

Our Search Assignments are bespoke to each client. We study and map out the entire market, identifying and approaching both the passive and active candidates, and putting those through a robust search and selection process, offering the very best chances of success.

This process not only offers the best possible results, it delivers market insights on the perception of our client’s business, market intelligence on competitors, as well as enhancing our clients brand image.

One third of our fee is invoiced at the start of an assignment. The balance is payable based on performance and delivery.

  • Defining requirements, candidate profile, and company culture.

  • Establishing the hiring process.

  • Market analysis to identify competitors and talent pools (long list).

  • Initial screening through quantitative analysis, interviews, and assessments.

  • Conducting qualitative assessments for a confirmed shortlist.

  • Presenting the shortlist with suitability assessments.

  • Managing the interview process and candidate resignation.

  • Holding a 360° review meeting to assess assignment success.

  • Post placement support at one, three and six months.
